Former Hereford United striker Stuart Fleetwood has been appointed head of academy at Gloucester City.
His role will be to coach and manage the U19's Professional Development Program in partnership with St Peter's High School.
"I'm delighted to be given the opportunity at my hometown club," said Fleetwood.
"Working alongside Titan Performance as we look to build the best performance offering in the county, with advanced talks on a performance centre being built at the club, which promises to be an integral part of developing players within the academy.
"I'm here to help coaches, develop local players and I have a clear identity and DNA for the academy that I can't wait to input and bring everyone up to speed."
