Hereford manager Josh Gowling has been talking to BBC Hereford and Worcester about Banbury whom The Bulls play this afternoon.
"They've been excellent," said Gowling.
"Andy Whing is there, my assistant manager when I was playing here.
"So he knows the club well and got them promoted last year.
"They started the season really well. They've got a group of lads who have been there together for a while. They are used to winning games.
They've come into this lad and they've just carried on.
"For us we have to be solid, organised, we don't fear anyone.
"So we go to Banbury and look for a win.
"I think they've been together for a while, I think their front two are excellent, they've got a good work ethic.
"They are probably not brilliant at anything but there not poor at anything. They are just solid and organised.
"We've got to match their consistancy. They are a very consistant team so we've got to make sure we match their consistancy and let our quality take over especially towards the back end of the game."
