Hereford FC are looking for a new bar manager following the resignation of Tilly Page.
Page was bar and event manager but the new post is for a bar manager.
It's assumed commercial director James Smith will be in overall charge.
Here's what the job entails:
Manage and control all aspects of a multi-bar operation with room hire facilities.
Maximising the profitability of the company through the increased usage of facilities, cost controls and effective use of trained staff.
This Full-Time position requires a hands-on role, where you will be expected to take the lead and share our passion in maintaining and delivering consistent excellent standards of service, ensuring the best possible experience for our new and existing customers.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of food and beverage experience preferably in a management role, and be highly motivated, consistent in your approach, and be able to successfully deliver the values of the Club.
