Tough Decision To Send McLean Off Said Revan

Man of the Match Seb Revan spoke to the local media after yesterday's game against Bradford PA.

"The first half I thought we were quite good," said Revan,

"I think we did well to go three up which we haven't done much since I've been here.

"Then second half we were unfortunate with the sending off, I think it was a very tough decision on him (McLean).

"Then we had to dig in but we conceded two early goals which I don't think one was a penalty but it is what it is.

"But we managed to dig in and get the job done."

Revan likes to get forward.

"The gaffer said to play with freedom and expression, it's good to have a gaffer to have faith in you."

The loanee hasn't scored for Hereford as yet.

"I had a couple of chances today and a couple of chances in other games but I haven't been able to score yet. Hopefully that will come soon.

"The victory was what we needed. I think we are now two points off the play-offs. That's our aim. The victory has helped us and hopefully we can carry on."

Hereford have three games left, all against teams above them. Firstly Spennymoor away, then Brackley at home and finally Gateshead away.

"They are good games, tough games.

"But I have faith in this team, I think we can go out there and beat anyone is this league so hopefully we'll go there and get the job done."

When not training with Hereford Revan is back at Villa.

"I train with Villa to try and keep my fitness levels up.

"I'm not too sure what will happen next season, we'll just have to see"
