Lenell John-Lewis is expected to be in the York squad that travels to Hereford on Saturday. Given he played for the Bulls last season he will know all about Edgar Street and the management duo of Josh Gowling and Steve Burr.
Last Tuesday York won their game at 4th placed Fylde - John-Lewis scored one of their goals - and will be confident of victory on Saturday.
"It's another game. (Being in the play-offs) makes it important, but (Fylde) was important," John-Lewis told the York Press.
"I think it's a confidence-boost for us, but it's another game that we can't get too ahead of ourselves for.
"We need to go there and do a job.
"We're away from home again so we're going there and hopefully going to get a good result.
"I think we're all staying grounded, making sure hard work is first and foremost.
"We'll just keep trying to kick on.
"I know a few lads who are still there, and obviously the management team.
"But at the end of the day, it's a game of football - I'm at York City and I'm here to win."
