Hereford face Southport at Edgar Street this afternoon and manager Josh Gowling knows his squad will need to be at their best to take all three points.
The Bulls lost 3-0 at Curzon last Tuesday but Gowling hopes that was a one-off.
"They (Southport) been on an amazing run to get where they are," Gowling told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"They've dropped off a little bit of late."
Southport lost their first home game of the season against Blyth Spartans last Tuesday.
"But they are a good side.
"They put balls in the box, they've got a guy who can throw balls from the half way line, so a big throw.
"They work on set plays.
"So it's going to be a real tough afternoon for us.
"We just have to execute our game. If we execute our game, we'll win the game."
