To Members of Hereford United Supporters' Trust
As stated in the calling notice of the above, the meeting would ONLY be held subject to lifting of restrictions on gatherings, under the Government guidelines, regarding Covid-19 which would allow a quorum to be attained.
Under Sections 42 to 44 of The HUST Constitution, a decision has been taken to postpone the meeting under the adjournment regulations as a quorum cannot be attained.
If the meeting is adjourned for 14 days or more, at least 7 clear days' notice of the new meeting will be given in the same manner as the notice of the original meeting.
Should it not be possible to re-schedule the meeting within one month of the Annual General Meeting, the business of the SGM will be incorporated in the Agenda of the AGM.
