The HUST Board of Directors notes the comments made in an article published by The Hereford Times online on 6th June 2020.
HUST has received no official communication from The Board of HFC on any matter since Andrew Graham became Chairman. We are in receipt only of individual emails from HFC Directors addressed to individuals and not to The HUST Board. At no time have these communications outlined specific resolutions of the Club Board, but are individual enquiries or comments. HUST has yet to be officially informed of the changes to the 50/50 matchday draw or extension of the Share Purchase date agreement. The only publications giving details are through HFC Website updates or The Hereford Times.
For a large proportion of the last few months, HND Tony Taylor has been excluded from the HFC Board and has thus been unable to pass on information through that route.
HUST protocol demands that all replies to these enquiries, are collective Board responses, issued through The Independent Secretaries. This approach has been met with more personal emails directed at individuals on The HUST Board and its Independent Officers, which do not reflect an attitude conducive to good relations between the Directors of a Limited Company and its major Shareholder.
HUST has a responsibility to question the actions of HFC and serving HND's, on behalf of its' members and the wider fan base and, as always, continues to make financial contributions to the Club.
