Hereford FC are very pleased with the support for the Pitch Maintenance Fund which was set up to ensure head groundsman Ben Bowen would have sufficent funds to have the Edgar Street pitch in good condition for the start of next season.
The fund was launched last Monday with a target of £6000. As at mid-day (Saturday) over £5500 has been donated.
