The Pitch Maintenance Fund was launched on Monday with the club saying they were not in a position to fund the remaining amount needed after securing a grant of £1,500. Hereford say they have taken into account the rescheduled concert that is set to take place on August 30, with the possibility of football returning to Edgar Street as early as September.
