It has been confirmed that the 2019/2020 season for Steps 3 to 6 in the non-league pyramid has been ended with immediate effect and all results will be expunged.
That means there will be no promotion or relegation of clubs in those leagues. Locally, it means that Westfields (who have been top of Hellenic League Premier all season) cannot go up, nor can Hereford Pegasus or Hereford Lads Club, who were challenging for promotion in Division One West.
It also means that there will be no relegation from Step 2, resulting in Blyth Spartans and Bradford (Park Avenue) staying up in National League North.
However, it is understood that the National League, National League North and South, WSL and Women's Championship will continue towards a conclusion 'as quickly as possible'.
