Never a penalty, said Kidderminster manager

Kidderminster Harriers manager Jimmy Shan said Hereford should not have been awarded a penalty. 

Victor Sodeinde converted the spot kick to put the Bulls ahead after Jordan Cullinane-Liburd went over in the box.

The penalty came in the 50th minute, but Hereford could easily have been awarded another one 12 minutes later after Alex Bray was fouled. However, a free-kick on the edge of the box was instead awarded.
