Hereford will continue to look to strengthen the side in all areas of the pitch over the summer.
Marc Richards said there's lots of things to take into consideration, and praised Tim Harris' scouting network.
Richards said: "We're looking at all areas, it'll come down to which players are available as well. Geography comes into it as well, in terms of where we're playing, in the National League North.
"There's lots of things to take into consideration, we will, as we've been doing since we've been here, is try and strengthen in all areas.
"If the right player becomes available we will try to do what we can to make them a Hereford FC player."
Richards was seen with Tim Harris watching the C team international between England and Wales in Salford. Richards said they are looking at players not only from step two, but also the leagues below and above.
He added: "We've been pretty proactive since we've come in, Tim implemented the scouting network, for us to be going to see players on a regular basis, Tim (Harris) and Morf (Will Morford) were up here Tuesday watching the game against Brackley.
"We're constantly looking players at this level, the level above, the level below, to ensure we understand what's out there and what would potentially make us stronger.
"You've seen this season the amount of teams who've got very strong squads, competitive budgets, so just making sure we can just compete in that top-half of the division next year and not looking over our shoulders trying to avoid relegation.
