Darlington manager Tommy Wright was disapppinted to have lost at Hereford yesterday especially given his side was 2-0 up at half time.
"Too many occasions now we're 2-0 up, we had chances to extend the lead," said Wright.
"Getting in at halftime we thought we'd done the hard bit but to come out and conceed early in the second half, I think that was probably the catalyst.
"Four really sloppy goals, obviously the penalty was dubious, I question that but it shouldn't have got to 2-2 never mind 4-2.
"Gutted for the fans who came down in numbers and have seen us capitulate the way we did in the second half.
"I think we stopped working hard as a team. I think that will show up on the video.
"We were cruising, should have been three points."
What was Wright's view of Hereford's penalty given when Will Smith handballed in the box?
"It's a harsh one. Now you handball in the box and it's how the referee deems it.
"It's irrevelent what I think because the referee has given it.
"I think on the second half performance they derserved it because I think they showed a lot of character coming back from being 2-0 down."
