Clucas Linked With Move To Stoke

Former Hereford United midfielder Sam Clucas has been linked with a move to Stoke City.

He is set to have a medical this morning. 

Update 5.45pm: Clucas has signed a four year deal with Stoke. Swansea will receive around £6M.
