Tough Easter Said Purdie

Hereford FC's Rob Purdie featured in both of the club's games over the Easter weekend and scored one of the goals on Saturday.

"It was a tough Easter with Royston and Redditch so I think that was a weekend where clubs would have thought we would drop some points," Purdie told the Hereford Times.

"Two clean sheets, four goals and six points so a perfect weekend from us and it massively pushes us on to the last six games.

"It's nice to have that breathing space as games in hand are alright when you've got the points on the board. To be a point ahead with two games in hand you have to win those games in hand so four points with a game in hand is a lot better than two"


 "I think we can (go unbeaten), we have enough quality in the team, drive and determination to make sure that we go into every game to win it."
