A former Hereford United player is the new assistant manager of Chatham Town who play in the Southern League East.
Bradley Sandeman will assist manager James Collins who has just been appointed manager.
Now 47, Sandeman made seven appearances for Hereford United in 1997. He moved to Edgar Street from Rotherham.
"My last game in the league was for Hereford against Brighton back in
1997. We needed to win, while Brighton needed a draw to stay up.
Brighton got the draw and we were relegated - it was obviously not the
way I wanted to end my pro career,” said Sandeman in an interview in 2008.
