Ben Chilman wrote this preview for tomorrow's friendly:
Hereford travel the short distance up the A49 tomorrow to face Wellington in their third pre-season friendly.
The last time the two sides met was back in 2015 where the Bulls ran out eventual 4-2 winners after quite an uneventful first half.
Looking back to that game is like a trip down memory lane with players like Adam Page and Nathan Hughes getting on the scoresheet. Rob Purdie is the only surviving member from the team that played two years ago.
Wellington FC ply their trade in the West Midlands Regional League. They were fifth in the league last year with Josh Hunt being a player to watch after finishing the season as their top scorer. Paul Jones was named player of the season in their recent awards and the striker will be looking to get in behind the Bulls defence from the off on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 3pm with gates opening at 1.30. Admission for adults is £6, Concessions £4 and under 16s are free. The postcode for Wellington playing fields is HR4 8AZ with ample parking available.
