Derbyshire-based Ilkeston FC has this morning been wound up in the High Court, despite a takeover announced hours before.
The club was founded in 2010 after Ilkeston Town was also wound-up in the High Court due to unpaid debts.
The Ilkeston Adverister has reported the club will appeal the decision.
The takeover by ALL EIGHT SPORTS had been agreed in principle but was subject to final agreement, a club statement said.
ALL EIGHT said: "The minute the deal is confirmed officially we will immediately be in contact with creditors, players and fan groups to discuss our proposals and to arrange a Q & A session where we will talk directly to supporters."
It's reported that players and staff hadn't been paid since December, with the takeover
The Robins finished 23rd in the Northern Premier last season, meaning they were relegated to step four.
