It was a fantastic day for Hereford Lads Club and for local football. Lads club began the day at their Widemarsh home where they held a team photocall for all of their teams in front of their new stand. The club put on a bbq and bouncy castle before the players and parents walked over to Edgar Street. Some of Lads Club junior players were player escorts and helped form the guard of honor as the players took to the pitch.
Lads also provided some of their junior players to act as ball boys. At half time some of the lads club girls and younger players took to the Edgar Street pitch alongside some other junior players from Pegasus Juniors and Ledbury Swifts.
