This from Evesham FC:
On the advice of the Southern League the game is all ticket and tickets have now gone on sale.
For those in person, they are available from Evesham United Football Club at the following times:
Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm, plus at the home game with Mangotsfield United on Saturday 8th April.
For those who cannot get to the ground for tickets, we are utilising the Hereford FC online ticketing system and this will be available after the weekend for purchases to all supporters – please look out for details when on the Evesham United and Hereford FC websites and social media. The tickets will be available online through both club websites.
We are not restricting the number of tickets to Hereford FC supporters. The total capacity of the stadium is 3,000.
Due to League Regulations, everyone will need to obtain a ticket. This will include season ticket holders and Evesham United junior players/coaches (please collect a free ticket from the Club or Mike Peplow)
Admission prices for everyone else remain at our normal league prices:
Adults £9
Concessions £6 (OAPs, Students, Parent of EUFC Junior with Junior attending)
Under 16 £2
Free admission to Under 5’s
There is no extra charge for a seat in the stand and they will be available on a first come first served basis on the day (those with reserved seats will still have their seat). The seated stand will be segregated in two, with Evesham supporters at the Clubhouse End and Hereford fans at the Southern End. The capacity for this area is 300.
There will be no segregation in the standing areas. We are employing the stewarding company used at Edgar Street to work with our own team.
As well as the existing turnstile block, the new turnstiles to the south of the stand will be in operation for the first time.
Gates will open at midday. There is ample free parking, but you are advised to arrive in plenty of time to avoid congestion near to kick-off.
Additional food and drink outlets will be available inside the ground.
Let’s enjoy the occasion and make it a day to remember for both clubs.
