Within the last few moments, the club have confirmed that CEO Ken Kinnersley (pictured) is set to join the board of directors, with the news announce at tonight's Annual General Meeting.
The appointment means that he will leave his paid role as CEO, as directors of the club cannot be paid. He will commence his new role on January 1st.
As a full board of seven directors will be back in place after this date, the first important decision will be to appoint a new chairman.
This decision will be made at a board meeting early next year.
