Dan Chance has joined the HFA (Herefordshire Football Association) as part of their development team.
Previously he was with UITC as interim manager.
Dan is no stranger to the HFA as he worked for them as a 'student placement' in the summer of 2015.
"We are delighted that Dan is joining the HFA full time," said HFA football strategy manager Roger Goodwin.
Chance will continue as head coach for UITC under 14 squad.
"I'm sure he will be a real asset to the HFA," said UITC chairman Nick Vaughan.
