Hereford FC have been fined after it was alleged their supporters caused trouble at the recent Midland League game at Alvechurch who have also been fined.
According to the OS 'At the end of a three-hour hearing in
front of the independent Chair of a disciplinary panel last night,
Hereford FC were found guilty and fined, and also warned as to the
future conduct of supporters.'
The 'case' was handled by the Birmingham FA who are understood to have received evidence from the match referee, the Midland League officer at the game and the two clubs.
The level of the fine has not been revealed. Neither has any decision been revealed whether Hereford FC will appeal against the fine.
However given it's a fine and not a points deduction that seems unlikely.
Update 9.20pm: Alvechurch have reported that Hereford were fined £50 and Alvechurch £75.
