Supermarine Manager Hails Keeper Harvey

Swindon Supermarine manager Dave Webb has welcomed the dual registration of keeper Hereford FC Harvey Rivers who, weather permitting, will make his debut this afternoon.

First choice keeper Matt Bulman has sustained a knee injury which could keep him sidelined for up to ten weeks.

“Harvey comes in with a lot of positive reviews. He’s a very good young keeper and I’m sure he will do a great job for us,” said Webb.
“He’s played 30-odd games for Hereford this season but has found himself out of the team in the last few weeks. I had no hesitation in bringing him in.
“It’s a massive shame for Bully. He has been exceptional for us this season, the rock of our team.
“It starts with your goalkeeper and we have got a very, very good one. Hopefully his injury is not too serious.”

UPDATE 11.15: Rivers will have to wait for his debut as the game has been postponed.
