29 year old Mike Symons has joined Hereford FC.
"Mike comes with good pedigree and has a track record of scoring goals in a higher league than where we are at the moment," manager Peter Beadle told Hereford FC OS.
"We fought off stiff competition from a number of clubs higher in the pyramid than us, but he has seen what we have got going here, he has heard about the tremendous support we have, and he wants to be a part of it."
The striker was released by Gloucester City manager Tim Harris last week. He has had three spells with the club.
"Mike is a great lad who has done really well for us in the past
though it has not worked out as well as either of us would have liked
this time around," said Harris.
"Everyone at Gloucester City would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him all the best for the future."
