Former Bulls loanee Colin Gordon has taken over a majority stake in Kidderminster Harriers.
Gordon, a licenced football agent who played six times for Hereford United on loan, has paid a 'nominal fee' for the shares of the three largest shareholders and will cease acting as an agent after discussions with the FA.
Gordon told the club's official site: "Quite simply we have to become a football club that is no longer dependent on the results on a Saturday afternoon or the receipts through the gate, because this club hasn't been able to survive purely on those things for many years now."
The current board of Directors will remain in charge, with Gordon, who joined them as Football Development Director six months ago, making a 'significant cash injection' into the troubled club.
