Hereford carried on threatening Brimscombe with Wheatley being the most dangerous as the Brimcombe defence struggled to handle him and allowed him to get a few dangerous crosses in to the box. Hereford fans began to see glimpses of the threat that Mills and Haysham will hopefully bring this season as they both started to play off each. The new strike force linked up for Hereford's second goal as Mills broke into the box before turning a defender and delivering a cross that was finished at the back post by Haysham sliding the ball in to the back of the net.
