Lionel Ainsworth scored as Motherwell beat Rangers 3-0, 6-1 on aggregate, to retain their Scottish Premier place. There was a mass brawl after the match which saw three red cards, with former Southend troublemaker Bilel Moshni at the centre of the scuffle. TV pictures show Moshni punching and kicking a Motherwell player.

Andy Williams is one of ten players to be released by Swindon. The 28 year old netted 22 goals this season as the Robins missed out on promotion from League One.
