Andrew Lonsdale, Director

Meanwhile some years ago Lonsdale was appointed a director of Transdem Services Ltd. However, like many other companies Lonsdale has been involved with this company was liquidated with debts of £1.25M.

Philp Gautier, the liquidator, said that all the furniture and equipment were sold to Lonsdale Construction Services Limited on June 11, 2013 for £1,500 plus VAT, but no payment had been received as of spring last year.
“As a result of lack of payment and co-operation generally from Mr Lonsdale, I have had to instruct my agents Marcus Matthews and Associates to threaten the removal of the goods and subsequent legal action to obtain further payments,” Gautier told the Hereford Times last November.

Interestingly the liquidator of Lonsdale Construction Services Limited, Alan Clark, works for the same company as Philip Gautier.
