Former Bulls keeper Daniel Lloyd-Weston has left Southport by mutual consent.
Capped by England C during his time at Edgar Street, Lloyd-Weston followed Martin Foyle to Southport but found chances limited after Foyle's short reign ended, making just three appearances since September.
He is expected to join Step 4 side Newcastle Town for the remainder of their NPL Division One South campaign, with Port boss Paul Carden telling their official site: "We all wish Dan well and good luck in his future career. Dan wanted to play which I couldn't guarantee and also has other outside football interests to pursue."
