Cheltenham are searching for another new manager after Paul Buckle was dismissed after just 79 days in charge. The former Luton boss won just one of 13 games in charge, and leaves the Robins just one point and one place above the League Two relegation zone. 

A Grimsby Town fan assaulted by Forest Green stewards says he has been branded a liar by the Gumpers after an investigation said the evidence of the assault was 'inconclusive' despite acknowledging the fans was held in a headlock that a steward claimed was supposed to be a chestlock. The fan now says he is considering legal action.

Worcester City may end up sharing with Worcester Warriors at Sixways after the eggchasers said they were open to the idea. Previous Warriors chief Cecil Duckworth refused talks but new head Jim O'Toole, whose former side London Irish share with Reading, said a deal could be done but not for the coming season. The football side are still in negotiations with Kidderminster as well as a trio of other Worcestershire sides.

Wrexham have reported a loss of nearly £350,000 for the 2013/14 season. The Dragons say that this season they are running at a profit after struggling to meet their financial targets last term. The had a target of £18,000 of gate income for each match but managed it just three times, with the supporters now having put in over £700,000 since they took over the club in 2011.
