Notice is hereby given that HUST are to hold a poll of members to vote on the acceptance of the proposal from the Jon Hale Benefactors group.
The Board of HUST met with Jon Hale and Phil Eynon on Monday, January 5th, and unanimously agreed that the proposal should be recommended to members.
In order for members to be fully informed of the situation, an open meeting will be held prior to the vote. The location and date will be confirmed as soon as a suitable venue is secured.
The meeting will feature a presentation from Jon Hale and a subsequent Question & Answer session and is open to all supporters.

The vote will not mean the proposal is the only one considered acceptable to HUST members, however it is the only fully formed proposal currently available within the timescale allowed within the HUST Constitution and the indications from Herefordshire Council that they are aware that, for a new club to be accepted for the 2015/16 season, matters need to be resolved by 1st March as indicated by the FA yesterday.
Polling will open on Tuesday, January 20th, and close at midnight on Wednesday, January 21st. Votes can be recorded electronically via members’ registered email addresses. If a member does not have a registered email address, they can submit a postal vote or in person to the HUST registered office.
