Lonsdale "Not Permitted To Act" As Chairman Under ODT Rules

Hereford United Chairman Andy Lonsdale is not permitted to act as an officer of the club until he passes the Owners and Directors Test.

The test states, in rule 3.1.3:

"The Applicant Officer shall not be permitted to act as an Officer until such time as The Association gives written confirmation to the Club."
