For the record below are the answers to a number of question sent to Herefordshire Council about meetings ref Hereford United. The reply is dated July 28th 2014.

Q1 Please document any meetings that have taken place between Herefordshire Council and any representatives of Hereford United 1939 Ltd over the last 12 month period.

Q2 Please document any meetings that have taken place between Herefordshire Council and a Mr Tommy Agombar and/or a Mr Jed McCrory.

Q3 Please disclose all details surrounding the recent lease extension for Edgar Street football stadium and immediate surrounding areas.

As such as consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is available to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act for this part of your request.

Q4 Please detail any requests over the last 12 months for these leases to be transferred to a private company and the response from Herefordshire Council.

A. The council received a request to assign the leases of the Blackfriars end and Merton Meadow end to Scrooby Limited on 29th May 2014.This request was subsequently withdrawn and so the council did not respond to it.

Q5 Please disclose any information surrounding meetings or any other contact from individuals/companies regarding the potential future development of Edgar Street Stadium, namely the two 'ends' that join Blackfriars Street and the Merton Meadow Car

A. There have been no additional meetings or contact with individual companies regarding the possible re-development of the ends other than those detailed in the answer to the question above.
