Some months ago BN revealed that Jed McCrory had talked to David Keyte about a possible investment in Hereford United.
McCrory was once the owner of Banbury Town. Later he became involved at Swindon and currently there is a court case ongoing involving McCrory and Lee Power who insists he now owns Swindon.
So what has this to do with what's going on at Edgar Street today?
One of the coaches training the players at Victoria Park is Jon Taylor.
And he is a former manager of Banbury Town.
Coincidence?
Meanwhile the Hereford Times has spoken to Mark Ellis, Hereford's director of football.
Ellis said that people need to 'stop all the negativity'.
"We have got some excellent players from clubs like Chelsea and QPR and
if we are in the Southern League, we will only be there for one season."
Finally the HT and others have published pictures from the training ground showing the coaches in what appears to be brand new kit.
The question has to be asked how can the club afford brand new kit when they can't pay staff what money is owed to them?
