Goalkeeper Cameron Belford, Son Of  Manager Dale, Was Tamworth's Man Of The Match

Tamworth manager Dale Belford thought his side deserved their win over Hereford United last night.

“It’s unfortunate that everything is done and dusted with ourselves and we can’t do too much about that.

“But we have a responsibility, first and foremost , to ourselves, as professional people, but also the league, to show a bit of integrity and I thought we did that.

“We have a very young side here and with the situation we have ended up in, it would have been easy to give up but they have shown fantastic spirit and deserved this win.”
