Hereford United's under 18 team, which has done so well this season in the FA Youth Cup, has been expelled from the Youth Alliance South West Division.
Exeter have won the League.
This from the Western Morning News.
Hereford United’s expulsion from the
competition (has occured) following a persistent breach of Rule 6.2, which states: "In
the event of a Club failing without just cause to keep its engagement, the Executive shall have the power to impose a fine, award points to its opponents, order the defaulting Club to pay any expenses incurred by its opponents and relevant officials or otherwise deal with the matter at its discretion."
As a result, all of the Bulls’ records have been expunged
and the final league table sees Exeter sitting on top of the pile, ahead
of Bristol Rovers on goal difference.
