Nuneaton boss Kevin Wilkin is not in the running for the vacant Wrexham job, despite being the bookies' favourite. Boro chairman Ian Neale says that neither the club nor the manager has been approached by the Dragons, who are in the process of interviewing their four candidates for a second time. The only confirmed candidate so far is caretaker boss Billy Barr.

Braintree boss Alan Devonshire blasted referee Daniel Cook after Lincoln's Tom Miller was only booked for a tackle on striker Bernard Mensah that left the Watford loanee in hospital. Cambridge signed midfielder Luke Chadwick on loan for the rest of the season before last night's matches. The 33 year old has spent the last five years at MK Dons, and was born in Cambridge.

Chester forward Craig Mahon was taken to hospital last night with a suspected broken collarbone. Defenders Paul Linwood and Matty Brown also had to be withdrawn during their draw with Southport through injury with manager Steve Burr saying he will have to turn to the loan market again. Ex-Bull Tristan Plummer is to miss the rest of the season through injury. The Aldershot forward hasn't played since March 1st.

Torquay are to appeal the 10 game ban for biting handed out to midfielder Joss Labadie. The youngster will miss all but one of their remaining matches due to the ban.
