Last night before the kick-off at Wrexham, Hereford United chairman David Keyte spoke about the likelyhood of administration.
"We're trying to cover all bases," Keyte told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"You mentioned administration, looking at the Conference rules there's a decision to be made either side of the last Thursday of the month of March in that if you go into administration before that date you lose ten points this season and clearly that's not going to be in our best interest.
"If you go after that date you start next season with minus ten.
"But that is the last resort.
"We are still working on everything we can. Obviously the timing of the AGM which should have been last month but the message would have been the same.
"The white knight has not been found and the current board including myself has said we can't keep doing this and so the figures speak for themselves.

"We have got two groups that I have been talking to and I have spoken to one again today. We've not given up on that."
Keyte then talked about going part-time next season.
"Clearly football budget point of view when we were in the Football League we gave the management £1.2M and we got relegated.
"We took on Martin Foyle and promptly told him he had £650K and this year we've had to cut again to £400K which is about budget no 14 in the Conference so we're slightly under performing.
"The figures are still going down, the gates go down, it becomes a bit of a spiral, the football not so good so supporters tell us and vote with their feet. All understandable.
"The likely budget for next season , left to our own devices, would be around £250K which the manager tells us would be part-time as an option."
Keyte was asked about possible mistakes he might have made during his time as chairman
"Let's start with Simon Davey with 900 people going to Crewe on the first day believing that was a marvellous new start for Hereford.
"Let's discuss Jamie Pitman and giving him an extra contract, the criticism seemed to be why give him a two year contract and as i said as the shareholders meeting you can write as many years as you like in a manager's contract, the only important paragraph is how you part company.
"I'd love to sit in front of these people and discuss the DK mistakes.
"I have a theory in life that you make decisions in life with information you have around you at the time. It's only with hindsight that somebody can deem it a mistake, so I'd love to have a chat with these people
"They are usually faceless people who haven't put anything into it anyway."
Keyte was asked how hurt he might be from abuse recently.
"Since I've come on board, I think the supporters of Hereford have been fantastic. I'm talking about the regulars, the people who have the club at heart.
"I'm told this Bulls Banter forum is about about eight or ten of them that use user-names and hardly ever get to a match but have all the answers. Those are the people I'd like to sit in front of and explain a few things to them. And I suspect they wouldn't have too many solutions.
"I have an ipad full of tweets that the police would have a field-day on if I bothered to go into it, but surely that goes with the territory."
The subject of booing Hereford players was mentioned.
"Not acceptable, if you're a supporter of Hereford United you might support your own. Whilst they've got a white shirt on they are our players.
"It caused perhaps a rash comment from the manager about the match saying it's harder to play at home than away.
"I started a converstation last night with a couple of members of the Supporters Trust, if we're going to continue to find a way through this surely we've got to be doing it together and not as factions as had been the case in the last twelve months.
"I know the Trust is making progress but I have suggested to them that they need to be clear on what they can or can't do at this time. With respect to them I've been at several meetings with their chairman and with about £5K in the bank that would last about three days.
"He said they won't be ready for a generation. I was just questioning whether they were that clear about that with the people who are putting money into them to take over the club."
