Former Bull John Snape has rejoined Worcester City as first team coach.
44 today, the former midfielder joins up again with former Bulls teammate Matt Gardiner, now assistant boss at the Conf North side. Snape has been out of football since Bromsgrove Rovers went bust in 2010. Manager Carl Heeley told the Worcester News:
“He brings a wealth of experience with him. He’s a winner and Matt and I know him very well and can trust him. We definitely needed another person to come in to do some coaching and scouting so we will share the workload. He will be a valuable asset to us.”
Snape played 174 times for the Bulls across four seasons to the summer of 2002.
