Hereford United's Youth Coach, Peter Beadle, has said that he was pleased to take a full time opportunity after several part-time jobs.
Before joing the Bulls, Beadle had been at Cheltenham and West Bromwich.
"But the jobs were only part-time," Beadle told the Hereford Times.
"So when this job came up, being full-time, I felt it was for me.
"I'm not the best coach but I bring enthusiasm and I hope that rubs off on the players.
"I have plenty of experience and football knowledge.
"My main aim is to get youth players into the first team."
Beadle also mentioned the appointment of Steve Jenkins, who is the manager of Monmouth town, as a part-time coach.
"He is a different voice and brings a different perspective and a wealth of experience."
Meanwhile the paper reports that former Hereford United goal-keeper Dan Connor has taken on a coaching role at Westfields.
