Hereford United have confirmed that there will be a shareholders meeting on Wednesday May 22nd.

It will take place in the Starlite Rooms at 7.00pm.

The agenda will be:

1) The current financial position of the Football Club

2) A new share issue for Hereford United 1939 Ltd

3) A debenture scheme
