Barrow say they will investigate after Macclesfield manager Steve King said his defender Nat Brown was called "a monkey" by Barrow fans. The matter is believed to have been included in the referee's report of the match. The Conference have confirmed that Hinckley will be charged with failing to fulfil a fixture after last night's game with Bishop's Stortford was called off by the club due to a lack of players.

Nuneaton have sent midfielder Ben Ford on loan to Kettering. The youngster played for the Poppies in the Conference last season. The Boro have also ended the loan of Notts County forward Tyrell Waite with the teenager having scored once in seven games. Forest Green boss Dave Hockaday has cancelled his squad's day off today after last night's 3-1 loss at Braintree. 

Bradford have bought 2,000 tickets for their away game at Wycombe and are giving them away to fans after securing substantial revenue from their League Cup run. Mansfield have had the capacity at Field Mill increased by around 300 to 7,888 for their FA Cup match with Liverpool. The Stags say they expect to sell-out the ground by the end of the week.

Stockport boss Jim Gannon says the club's budgets have been cut by £600,000 from last season, mostly from the playing budget. The Irishman says he has no intention to quit the club, after criticism from chairman Lord Peter Snape, despite having won only two of their last 10 games and dropping to 20th in the table.

Kidderminster have extended the loan of defender Ryan Austin to Brackley for another month. The former Burton man will stay out on loan til late January. The Harriers will also be without winger Danny Pilkington for the Christmas period after he was diagnosed with a torn thigh muscle, missing up to three weeks.
