As an alternative to the HUISA coaches it is possible to travel by train on NYD. The journey involves a change at Droitwich Spa (as opposed to Worcester Foregate Street) for a currently quoted return fare for adults of £10.60 according to the National Rail Enquiries site.
Departure times from Hereford are 10.40am, 11.40am and 12.40pm to arrive at Kidderminster at 12.05, 13.05 or 14.05. There is a break of approximately 20 minutes at Droitwich.
The return trains leave at 18.00 or 18.55 arriving in Hereford at 19.24 or 20.29 again, with a break in Droitwich.
Trains to Kidderminster offer the added bonus of disembarking in close proximity to The King and Castle and the slightly less recommended Railway Star. Both are a five-minutes walk from Aggborough.
HUISA, as previously reported, will be running coaches to the match with a fare of £10 (non-members £12).
A full travel guide will be published nearer the time.
