BBC Radio Five Live will begin broadcasting the Non-League Show to a national audience from next Sunday morning.
Caroline Baker will present the half-hour programme which will on the air at 5.30am.
The show will be available via the BBC iPlayer all week and a longer version will be released via a free download from the Five Live website.
"With more fans or our level of football than ever before, this is a fanastic opportunity to show off the work of the clubs and, most importantly, the fans that make those teams tick," said Barker.
The Non-League Show will provide supporters from across the country a new platform to send in their views on the grassroots game.
