Foyle looks forward to Macclesfield Game

Hereford United manager Martin Foyle is looking forward to the visit of Macclesfield Town next Friday evening kick-off 7.30pm.

"I saw them on Saturday and they have changed it around a bit," Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"I was actually speaking to their assistant manager from last year. They had no money last season but, all of a sudden, they have found pots of money for this year.

"So they are certainly going for it.

"They have a big squad of 24 or 25 players and it will certainly be a hard opening test but something that we will relish.

"It's a nice one, isn't it? It's the first game of the season and it is at home and on the television.

"Let's hope we get off to a good start."
