One win out of three is the record of Hereford United since director of football Gary Peters publically stated that he wanted more muscle in midfield.
And those three points from three games is relegation form given the position of the Bulls in League Two.
No doubt the sending off of Benoit Dalibard this evening made a win unlikely and the below-par performance of keeper Adam Bartlett didn't help but the Bulls simply failed to take advantage of a continual stream of long balls from either Bartlett or one of the back four.
Given Peters wants to play this system, he'll have to perfect it very soon given the season is already more than half-way through.
It's not pretty and it's not very entertaining. And, to date, it's not worked at Edgar Street.
