DCB Joins Worcester

Former Bulls striker Danny Carey-Bertram has joined Worcester City following his release from AFC Telford.

The former West Brom trainee scored 20 times in 81 appearances for the Bulls, half of which came off the subs bench, before spells at Forest Green and Cambridge United.

Now 27, Carey-Bertram found himself a peripheral figure in Andy Sinton's side over the past season after three years with the Bucks, but he now remains in Conf North with Worcester where he had a loan spell in 2009. He is expected to be a direct replacement for fellow forward Danny Glover, with the 20 goal striker leaving St Georges Lane for fellow Conf North side Nuneaton.
