Results Round Up

Barnet survive in League Two after an Izale McLeod penalty was enough to give them a win over Port Vale, while Lincoln limped out of the division after losing 3-0 at home to Aldershot. The Bulls finish 21st, three points clear of the bottom two, but would have been 16th without the points deduction. Stockport ended the season with a 1-1 home draw with Cheltenham, Morecambe lost 2-1 at home to Northampton, and Bradford lost 5-1 at home to Crewe to finish a miserable season.

At the top Chesterfield are champions after they beat Gillingham 3-1, while Bury end up five points behind in second after their 3-3 draw with Stevenage. Wycombe take the final automatic promotion spot after a 3-1 win over Southend, leaving Shrewsbury to enter the lottery of the play-offs despite their 3-0 win over Oxford. They are joined by Accrington, who drew 1-1 at Burton, Stevenage, and Torquay with the Gulls edging the Gills on goal difference after they lost 3-1 at Rotherham.

At the foot of League One Dagenham were relegated as they were thumped 5-0 at Peterboro. A draw would have saved them and put Walsall down, with Dean Smith's men losing 3-1 at Southampton.

In the FA Trophy Darlington beat Mansfield 1-0 in extra time at Wembley.
